After a number of years of perfecting the ultimate hard cheese press, we have come up with the perfect balance of price and practicality. The 150mm diameter stainless steel mold holds curd from a comfortable 10 liters of milk. It has a non-tainting wooden former which holds and centers the weights on the curd.
Each cheese press comes with 4 Olympic-standard gym weights giving a total of 5kg of pressure, each weight is 1.25kg, which you add or remove to suit the hard cheese you're pressing (good recipes usually advise how many kilos of pressure to apply).
