The kit includes a book with 20 different recipes and variations and also covers the history, cultures, methods, equipment, and milk to make these great white mold cheeses.
Also included is a voucher for a free ingredients pack to make up to 20 liters (20 quarts) of milk into Camembert of Brie and 150 g (5.29 oz) of natural sea salt.
